My R51 won't boot at all and left me with a blank dead screen. The only thing that make me believe it's still alive is 4 short beeps and then...silent. I've check the manual and the exact meaning for those beeps is System Board (security chip).

Can w24rf08 help? Thanks

No.
24RF08 is not the security chip, is just a small eeprom. The security chip is AT97SC3201-03, you have either a bad contact or a short circuit between the chip legs or a defective board.
