Hi, a customer of mine called because they were not able to access the System, upon checking, after powering on they are being requested with a HDD Password which they didnt configure.

After 3 failed tries another message shows:

Unlock HDD
Call Acer Service to unlock HDD
FB8K3JDU

Can somebody help me...? Thanks in advance,
