I repair it but it came beck like Joe said:
"If you have a TP A2** that is all the A2 series and it has a CRC error don't waste your time and money trying to fix it, these models have a bad power controller which causes and keeps causing repeated CRC errors, it can be repaired, but it just comes straight back."
Is there any solution to fix power controller?

Not only A series have this problem but almost all PIII series (T23 seems to have a better design). The problem is generated by a bad implementation (faulty board design) of the power controller based on ADP3421.

Yes and no.

Apart from the ADP power controller can be other faulty components. There are also some power mosfets that may be fried, etc.
The usual sympthom for the ADP3421 is, when you press the power on btn, the leds blink or lighten for a while then the laptop switches off.
